The Rabbit Hole FAQ
-
Q: What is "The Rabbit Hole”?
A: The Rabbit Hole is a public coaching series created by Yvette Marie. It features real, recorded coaching sessions with selected individuals who are open to sharing a piece of their personal growth journey with a broader audience. The purpose is to let others witness the power of transformational coaching in real time.
-
Q: Who can apply?
A: Right now, Rabbit Hole applications are open to individuals who are emotionally ready for honest, deep, transformational coaching, who are comfortable having their voice shared publicly—and invited to apply.
-
Q: Is this free?
A: Yes. There is no charge to participate in The Rabbit Hole. These sessions are offered as a gift in exchange for your willingness to share your voice and allow others to learn through your experience.
-
Q: Will my face or name be shared?
A: No. Only your voice will be recorded. Your name, face, and any personally identifying details will be kept private unless you choose to share them.
-
Q: Where will these sessions be shared?
A: Full-length sessions will be published on YouTube. Edited shortform clips or highlights may be shared on Instagram, TikTok, or other platforms.
-
Q: How long is the session?
A: Each session is about one hour, but some may longer.
-
Q: Is this therapy?
A: No—it’s not therapy, and Yvette not a licensed therapist. This is coaching, which means the process is focused on self-awareness, inner alignment, and forward movement. If therapy is about healing the past, coaching is about awakening your present and shaping your future.
-
Q: What kinds of topics are welcome?
A: Many people bring questions around career, relationships, identity, purpose, or emotional patterns. If you're unsure what to talk about, Yvette can help you identify a topic that feels meaningful but still comfortable to explore publicly.
-
Q: What if I don’t know what to say or how to begin?
A: That’s totally okay. You don’t have to show up with polished thoughts or a perfect question. Just bring your curiosity, your honesty, and your willingness to explore. Yvette will guide the conversation with care and presence.
-
Q: What if I cry or get emotional during the session?
A: Then you’re human—and you’re safe here. Emotional moments are often where the deepest breakthroughs happen. There’s no pressure to “hold it together”—just to be real.
-
Q: What if something I say feels too vulnerable after the session?
A: The intention is to publish each session in its full, unedited form to preserve the integrity of the work—but if something feels too raw or personal, you can absolutely request an edit or omission before the session is released. (Once it’s published, edits won’t be possible—so timing is important, and that ball is in your court.)
Your emotional safety and authenticity matter. Our team is happy to work with you to shape a session you feel proud—and safe—to share.
-
Q: What happens after I apply?
A: If your application feels aligned, you’ll receive a follow-up email with next steps. This may include scheduling your session and discussing your topic with Yvette so you feel clear and grounded going in.
-
Q: Can I change my mind after applying?
A: Yes. Applying doesn’t lock you in. If, after reflecting, you decide it’s not the right time or fit, just let us know—no pressure and no hard feelings.
-
Q: I want to be coached, but I’m not sure I want to be recorded. Do I have options?
A: Right now, The Rabbit Hole is specifically for those willing to share their session publicly. If you're looking for private coaching, you’re still welcome to apply—just note that you're interested in a private session, and our team will follow up accordingly.
-
Q: Can I refer someone else to do a session too?
A: Yes—as a guest on the series, you’re part of an inner circle and are always welcome to recommend someone to Yvette. These sessions are limited and thoughtfully curated so if someone comes to mind, just send her a quick message so that she can consider extending an invitation.
